PILOT ABACA PLANTATION IN MINDANAO🌿

Through our Joint Venture Stewardship with the Indigenous People's Economic Enterprise (IPEE), NovaTerra Materials (Canada/Philippines) is bridging Philippine agricultural abundance with the global demand for carbon-negative bio-feedstocks.

In this milestone visit, we planted 380 Abaca trees on land managed under a Community-Based Forest Management Agreement (CBFMA) with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). This pilot represents a vital step in our broader afforestation and stewardship initiative—the Mindanao-Ontario Green Materials Corridor—as we deliver ethically sourced, high-performance industrial materials worldwide while reducing the global carbon footprint.
